Individuals wishing to obtain a Golf Cart or Off Road Vehicle sticker,
will complete the specified form below and return to the Batesville Memorial
Building, 132 S. Main Street, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Golf Carts:
Golf Cart Rules and Regulations
- Golf Carts require an inspection by a police officer.
- Upon inspection, you will receive a tag and sticker indicating the year to
display on your vehicle. - Golf Cart fee is $25 and renewed annually
Off-Road Vehicle/ ATV & UTV Permit Information

- There is no fee and permit must be renewed every two years
