Marriage licenses can only be granted by the Clerk in the county in which you reside. You cannot file for a marriage license at Batesville City Court.

Please be aware that you are not actually issued a marriage license online and no fees are collected during the e-filing process.
Both you and your future spouse are still required to complete your application and obtain your marriage license at the clerk’s office in the county in which you reside.
