Board of Public Works and Safety

The Batesville Board of Public Works and Safety meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30pm.

Consisting of three members, the Board of Public Works and Safety is responsible for law enforcement and fire protection as specified in I.C. 36-8.  They also oversee streets, sanitation, transportation, and sewers.
