The Parks and Recreation Board oversees many well-manicured city parks, including the Memorial Pool.
The board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the second floor council chambers.
The four members are appointed by the Mayor. The Board has the power to perform all acts necessary to acquire and develop sites and facilities, and to conduct any programs as are generally understood to be park and recreation functions in accordance with I.C. 36-10-3 et seq.
