Park Rules
Batesville city parks are open from 6 am to 11 pm for the enjoyment of all. Prior authorization for scheduled events allows occupancy until 1 am.
The use of all amenities is at your own risk. Unless authorized by permit, the following are prohibited:
- Littering
- Speeding (speed limit is 5 mph)
- 2 amplified sound
- within any shelter or pavilion area, the use of a bicycle, skate board, roller skates, roller blades, wagon, tricycle, or any other transportation device
Be considerate: pick up after yourself and your pet, and use appropriate containers for waste. Violators will be fined not more than $1,000 and determined guilty of a Class C infraction.
