Rumpke Delays Garbage Collection Service
BATESVILLE, Ind. Batesville Residents with Rumpke Service should expect a collection delay of one day due to the weather and road conditions. Tuesday collection will shift to Wednesday, January 28 and Friday collection will shift to Saturday, January 31, 2026.

With the current weather and hazardous road conditions, Rumpke has made the difficult decision to delay service. No collection will occur on Monday, Jan. 26. Our plan is to operate on a one day delay the rest of the week, as road conditions allow.
