Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5, this notice is issued that the Batesville Common Council will hold an executive session to discuss appointments of public officials to the city of Batesville’s Boards and Commissions for the upcoming term. The details of the session are as follows:
• Date: Monday, January 5, 2026
• Time: 4:30 p.m.
• Location: 2nd Floor Council Chambers, Memorial Building, 132 S. Main Street, Batesville, IN 47006
The purpose of this executive session permitted under Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). Please note that this session is not open to the public, and no other subject matter will be discussed during this meeting.
The Batesville Common Council is committed to adhering to all requirements of Indiana’s public meetings law, and this executive session will be conducted in full compliance with those provisions.
