Common Council for the City of Batesville
Notice of Public Hearing regarding the transfer of City property to a governmental entity, specifically, the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Batesville, before the Common Council for the City of Batesville will be held on
Monday, January 12, 2026 a 6:40p.m. or immediately following regularly scheduled City of Batesville Board of Works meeting.
That the relevant properties for discussion include:
1) Transfer of certain real property located in Ripley County, State of Indiana, located on Chateau Blvd./Lammers Pike, Batesville, Indiana, 47006, 3.39 ac. +/-
(Parcel No. 69-02-21-300-041.008-003).
2) Transfer of certain real property located in Ripley County, State of Indiana, located on Chateau Blvd./Lammers Pike, Batesville, Indiana 47006, 14.708 ac. +/-
(Parcel No. 69-02-21-400-041.003-003).
Said public hearing shall be completed in the Council Chambers, Memorial Building, 132 S. Main Street, Batesville, Indiana, 47006. That the public hearing shall continue day to day as deemed necessary by the Common Council for the City of Batesville.
