Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5, this notice is issued that the Economic Development Commission will hold an executive session to discuss strategy with respect to a real property transaction. The details of the session are as follows:

• Time: 8:00 A.M.
• Location: 2nd Floor Council Chambers, Memorial Building, 132 S. Main Street, Batesville, IN 47006
The purpose of this executive session permitted under Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). Please note that this session is not open to the public, and no other subject matter will be discussed during this meeting.
The Economic Development Commission is committed to adhering to all requirements of Indiana’s public meetings law, and this executive session will be conducted in full compliance with those provisions.
